Preparation:
Cut the tomato in half and take out a small portion of the center.
Cut the crab meat into small pieces (prefevarily in a food processor).
Add mayonaise to taste, 1/2 of tablespoon of lemon juice, and
pepper to taste. Spoon into both sides of the tomato. Add the
cheese on top.
Bake until cheese is melted.
