Chili

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • olive oil
  • 1 chili seasoning bag
  • chicken seasoning
  • 2 cans tomato sauce or 1 can whole tomato

Preparation:
Brown the gound beef with olive oil. Add about 1/2 tsp of chicken seasoning and the chili seasoning bag. Mix well. Add the cans of tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Carbs: 5g per serving. Approximately 4 servings.
